The work I do with organisations is focussed on the effectivity of knowledge work and (group) learning in and across organisations, as well as making sense of complex and changing environments, and intractable problems, supported by social media tools, network visualizations and Sensemaker (tm).

Currently I spend a significant amount of my time on 'open government data', both because it promises huge societal and economical potential, as well as constitutes an important and exciting change process for government organizations.
